In all cases we will notify you about your delivery charges before we process your order.

What is your delivery charge?
Delivery is from £20 per order (not item) to anywhere in Northern Ireland. Delivery is from £30 to anywhere in Republic of Ireland per order.(not item) Delivery to UK mainland please contact us for prices.

How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Each item on our website has an expected delivery wait time. We aim to deliver all items within the time stated. We will always contact you if your delivery is going to take longer than you were previously informed. We also undertake urgent deliveries and we are often able to deliver furniture far quicker than the times stated on our website.

When do you deliver?
We deliver every day Monday to Saturday. We always try to arrange a day and time that is suitable for you. For deliveries to the mainland UK and Republic of Ireland , the courier will contact you 1-2 days in advance to arrange an approximate delivery time with you . The courier may be able to offer evening and weekend deliveries. It is important that there will be someone at home at the time arranged with the courier as they will not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it may take up to 5 days to arrange a new delivery date.

Most deliveries in Northern Ireland are carried out by our own friendly delivery staff and we will do everything we can to organise your delivery around your busy life.

Customers in Ireland can also collect from our warehouse in Newtownards Co.Down Monday-Saturday 11.00am-5.00pm

How does your collection service work?
You may request to collect your furniture from our warehouse. Once we have notified you that your furniture is ready for collection, you can collect from our warehouse Monday-Saturday 11.00am-5.00pm.

Delivery for assembled furniture?
All assembled furniture is delivered by a 2 man team please allow up to 28 days for delivery.Where possible the team will place the goods in your room of choice.

In all cases we will notify you about your delivery charges before we process your order.
